I'm wondering if I'm starting to recognize the style of some of the illustrators that did some of the pictures from 'ancient times' ? :-\

Poor old Lot really had a time of it, didn't he? Getting his wife turned to salt was one thing but then getting captured by the four kings was just bad luck!  ;)

Yes, The style in the early part of the Hexateuch is similar to the Cotton Cleopatra C VIII Prudentius Manuscript of c.1000AD (about 25 years earlier).
