I dunno...You lot will know the ranks far better than me.....
Did Nik get a promotion to his current rank at 5,000 posts....or much earlier ?
Is it 3,000 posts for Lemmey's next step up ?

Have a feeling it is 3,000, Phil. Nik and Leon are the only ones who would know for certain.

Promotion occurs at:

50 posts --> Second Lieutenant
150 posts --> Lieutenant
300 posts --> Captain
500 posts --> Major
750 posts --> Lieutenant Colonel
1000 posts --> Colonel

After that the jumps get bigger, but I don't know when those promotions occur.
