US army pack mix BARs

In the US army pack it says 90 from packs 1 and 2.  What sort of ratio do you pack B.A.R.s to rifles?  Are the BAR packs 5 with the gun, and 5 'Gunners mate', or are all 10 gunners?

It's about 1:8, roughly 10-12 gunner figures.
