Dungeon slime

Hi Guys
Can ANYONE suggest a method to simulate slime running down stonework. I have considered a wash but thought this would be too runny and not have the desired effect. I have simulated moss growing up the walls but nothing to show damp as dungeons would surely be in abundance of. Any help would be appreciated

PVA with a small amount of appropriate colour paint mixed in maybe?

Or a gloss water-based varnish with a drop of ink.

Careful & judiciously sparing use of a hot glue gun could do it too...

Velljo do a transparent gel which can be poured down a slghtly angled surface and left to dry.  When it's ready, you could peel off the runs and glue them into your Dungeon?  I've not seen it used for that exact purpose, but it's designed for doing waterfalls and the like on diorama's?

 The Vallejo water effects would be good for this, I think I would try doing it in situ, rather than makings it separately and then trying to stick it in place, as then the gel would go into the brick work.

Coat the walls with a mild nutrient mixture and leave 'em in a warm, damp, dark place for a week or so. It'll even smell authentic.

I painted the slime colours in (vivid greens and yellow) and then painted PVA over the top to give the wet look. Hopefully you can see the result below.



It may give you an idea of whether to chosse PVA or another method...
