Cartel & Insurgent Leaders - are the images in the shop WIP or what you buy?

Anybody know (obviously Leon does) what these two miniatures look like with the finished sculpts?

I'm guessing the item codes are for a completed sculpts with hands and weapons - or are they sold like in the images, for you to sculpt your own body parts and any weapons you should choose?

If anyone has any information, you'll have my thanks.

These are all sold as complete figures, we just didn't update the photos after our Kickstarter for them.  I was hoping to get them all pro-painted but I wanted to replace some of the moulds first and then it dropped down our jobs list.
