Last Hussar

Are they only hood for that period,  or could you extend them back?
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Midgard? They are aimed earlier really, Ancients and Dark Ages with medieval being the later period for them (though the author has done a WoTR game as well as Troy - and LoTR).

I'm yet to get them on the table.

They cover any era/genre when commanders would be expected to be "heroic", i.e. lead by example and get stuck in. List in the rulebook cover The Trojan War, Historic Arthurian, El Cid and various fantasy armies. The author has produced lists for Wars of the Roses, The Hundred Years War and Imperial Romans/Britons.

They are very much in the style of war described in heroic poetry/sagas/medieval chronicles.
