Is there a market for Shaped rubble piles? Larger scales... there are some around... but blocks / bricks a bit big tor 10mm / 6mm.
There are a lot of very nice buildings around in various scales... but unless replacing with a 'ruin'... not much scope for 'damage'.

Flat sided sections... or 'L' sections... small enough to fit against ...or Inside... smaller scale buildings?

Resin...or pre-paints, maybe?

Have you considered using 3D printed stuff HH? - if you can find a .STL file that you like you can get someone to print it to pretty much whatever scale you require. Some come free, others you will need to buy, but they're usually not particularly expensive.

You can buy loose bricks in N Guage (1:160) which is what I use.

Likewise - I mix it with some Jarvis mix that is supposed to represent tarmac - and that works well (for me)

Leon has just started selling Battlescale resins and they do the sort of thing you want.
