Cheers Paul! I thought 2.x seemed to add much more than DBA actually needed, was wondering if 3 was a step sideways, back or forwards on that :D

Have a good trip!

Marking the centennial of the Action of Rafah, 9 January 1917, may delay this project's multiplayer debut. I'll discuss with the guys at tonight's game.

As I once heard Chuck Yeager say, "nothing focuses the mind as much as the rapid approach of the ground"

Or in our case the rapid approach of a game ;D

Fatimid Egyptian mounted, militia/volunteers and the Sudanese & Dailami varnished :)

Final batch of this project, Armenians and Berber foot, painted and touch ups done :)
They will be washed this morning and figure bases done this evening once the wash is dry :!!

I've cut out some felt I got a while ago in a range of area feature sizes. I need to dry brush them a bit and add some furrows to the plough and they will be ready to go.

I need to buy some more felt as I need some more variety is size and shape for the area features and I also need to do some river sections

I need to make some makers to define the type of area; rocky, scrub, boggy, oasis, ...

I also need to sort through my desert hills to find a few more sizes and shapes

Dammed inconvenient that I need to go back to work on Wednesday  :(

;D 22 Celsius (72 Fahrenheit) and sunny here, which is helping with drying times

Last dry brush on the river sections done :)

Added rocks and scrub to those markers :)

While waiting for the PVA on the markers to dry I post processed the pictures of the first couple of batches of the Egyptians and did a count up

As always very pleasing to the eye and as Mr. Lemmy said - you bypassed no details! - I am jealous.
As I have a fondness for militia and levies of any period your town militia is my favorite - like the mix.
