They are from http://www.4ground.co.uk/15mm-terrain-and-obstacles at £9 a pack for over a metre of fencing. You can also get them from Northstar Miniatures for £8.50

I like your report and the characterizations - wonderful story telling. Particularly like your terrain, which is very clean and uniformly styled.
To me it has a "Little Wars" look (which is a high complement!)
