Yep.

The quality of painting is getting better year on year. I am a bit surprised that there have been so few entries so far, not sure if this is just because everyone is rushing to finish, or, like me, they are struggling to find motivation to finish stuff off, when it feels that even my best isn't really up to the standard of the competition any more.

My own way of removing the stress factor is to paint 2mm. Doesn't do much for the competition but it keeps me sane.

Well usually i am the first one to post a lot of stuff. (been first to post in 20th century foot category for 3 years) That was because i made sure i had everything done up front.

This year with the baby and  all that i am late, and just finished another entry a few hours ago. Been waiting for good light since the start too, as otherwise i will have crap pics for another year. Might take some today if i can.

Yesterday I went through what I painted over the last year, painting diaries are very useful

I've found something for six of the categories so will do a marathon photo shoot this afternoon

One of the six categories currently has no entries so I might at least grab the early lead
