Bah, we're into the Victorian Era here, do keep up with the times old chap!

Martini-Henerieries and bayonets and pepperpot pistols dont'chaknow!

No - the cutlass was certainly carried on Dover Patrol destroyers in 14-18. The martini henry would be a bit big for use in confined spaces. Victorian era - PEPPERPOT, no a good British revolver, Enfield or Webly old chap.

I was thinking a little before the Wibbley-Wobbley-Webley, but that's probably pre-paddle steamers to be fair :D

A line of ratings with Martini's should clear the deck nicely though. Especially if they're stirred, not shaken!

Day 1 - 19/11 China date - Paid for ship. Got an email saying that payment had been successfully made

Next step:-

Day 6 - 24/11 China date - Got email to say that item had been shipped, with tracking number. Good response since website says processing time is 15 days.

I don't usually have any problems with anything posted from China. (main problem area for me is USPS  :-\)

Will let you know how it progresses.

Cheers

First stumbling block, the tracking number is not showing up so probably fake, or waiting to post. Have written to them asking for real tracking number and letting them know that I won't play in Aliexpress' hoops but will go straight for credit card dispute.

Remember the Chinese revenge rule of "nine generations". It is your duty to take revenge not only on your wronger, but also on his parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents; as on his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Levenge is dish best served with mincing machine and conveyor belt. (The Confucian Apocrypha, vol vii)

Actually, I'd be far more interested in the massive USS Enterprise in the background.  =P~ =P~ =P~

After a few stern emails with the seller, the package now miraculously shows up as posted - BUT ON 30/11 NOT 24/11 as per original advice.

It's amazing, if you can get a reputation as a good seller in China, the world will beat a path to your door and you can live very well.... Beats me!

Stay with me while I work through this  :).

I demand a map with a dotted line that shows the progress of your package... the 6 missing days would have been interesting..lots of twists and turns and cross overs :)
