I seem to recall mention of additions to this range, is this still the case? Will the range be expanded, some artillery would be good. Please

Phil's been working with a customer to add some new figures/codes to the range, but it's a little down the line at the moment.  We need to get everything moulded up and checked over first, then we'd need to supply the customer with his figures and then they'd go on general release.  So, we're talking well into 2015 for a Pendraken release of them I'd think.

I'm doing a coaching course at the moment. The chappie nominally in charge showed us this relaxation technique that takes your mind through the Beta, into the Alpha and possibly in the Theta zone. Total relaxation. Drifting away. Letting the mind wander and totally relax. It involved darkness, music (he played the wrong one which totally ruined the exercise for me.) and a soothing voice. The chappie suggested that you could do this whilst driving. To me that sounded rather reckless.

Sounds a bit like what they taught us at cardiac rehab. Soft music and gentle voice telling you to relax, starting with the toes and then working up through the body. I never mastered relaxing the ears, though.
