I was super inspired to paint up some more creatures for our RPG sessions. And playing Baldurs Gate 3 hit me really hard with the Duergar ( Gray Dwarves ) as I played one.

The models are from Scibor Miniatures.

I went ahead and ordered a big bunch of more 15mm miniatures from Ral Partha Demonworld range. Especially female as we just learned our firstborn will be a girl ( She's due January 11th ). So Daddy better start preparing some  representation ready for our warrior girl!

Also got a huge bunch of Spellcrow 10mm I'm trying to get painted.

Also tried glow effect for the first time with UV paints on the "demon possessed" Ogre, Those "UV" effects look way better in real life as somehow the camera won't really contrast the glow effect as a human eye does.

Those look great Noktu.....love the beards!

Congradulations on your family news  :)

Maybe you shouldn't get too many more figures as you'll probably only have a limited time to paint and play games for a while, going from my own experince of such matters......mind you "too many" has a very variable meaning to wargamers  ;)
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
we are not now that strength which in old days
moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are.

I will add my congratulations on the news of the new addition and also compliment you on some splendidly painted miniatures!

The Real Partha Demonworld Dwarves are beautiful little sculpts. I had a heap of them with the idea of playing WHFB with individually based 15mm figures. I regained my sanity and sold them off.
