Yes .... in the same sense as people who want 17th century English Pikemen could just use Macedonians instead. :)

But Pendraken don't seem to do a Macedonian range, so perhaps people who want Macedonians might want to use ECW pikeman (if they weren't armed with boar spears, that is!😀😀)?

I was thinking something generic for the Mediterranean. perhaps in simple tunics with bare legs, and agricultural tools, knife,  and perhaps the odd spear. With old men, women and even children/adolescents. To cover Greeks and Romans, as I dont think they would change much.

GRE7 as a proxy for now?

In general, a "civilian" pack and a "mob" (which is different) pack would be useful in lots of armies.  I imagine though that most of us would only want one of each max so its probably not high on the profit making list.
Maybe add to the new "Goth" range (and my daydream "Hun" range) as Roman townsfolk prepare to fight or flight against the hordes?

I think your onto something there.

A civiliam/Mob pack could be quite generic, covering from about 300BC to 200AD or thereabouts
