I have been a proud customer of Pendraken since 2013. in that time I have bought in the region of 30,000 items. My conversion to the one true scale came as a bit of a lifeline to me in what was difficult times. Aside from the many and varied offerings which I haven't quite exhausted*, Pendraken has also given me access to a bunch of neurologically diverse misfits divorced from the norms of polite society**

I may have at times been less than appropriately respectful of the Dark Lord, the much-dimpled Milady***, and the casting dwarves who labour in stygian darkness lit only by the red-heat of the smelting pits.  It should, however, be noted that since 2013 the Dark Lord has not aged a day suggesting he did get his hands on that Grimoire he was after.

For 11 years, Pendraken has been my main figure dealer. They have always been fair and open, they listen to their customers and are always developing and creating. Their service is excellent and seems to be top of their priorities.

This has become more apparent to me in the last week or so. I've had a couple of problems with orders which have been dealt with quickly, without demur, definitely at some cost to Pendraken, and it seems to me that I probably take this for granted; have been spoiled if you will.

So I'd like to say "thank you" to Leon, and Adele, and Dave and the rest of the crew. You provide a great service and wonderful products and you're all wonderful.****

This past week I've had two custom orders sorted for me to pick up tomorrow at Pendraken HQ. (ACW chaps on horses and MDF movement trays for my ACW stuff). And last time I was at Pendraken HQ playing a game, I made a (very small) figure order at the sales counter (borrowing Leon's pen to scribble the codes on a Pendraken Miniatures flyer pamphlet) - expecting for it to be mail ordered to me in due course - and had the ACW cannon, crew, and limbers cast up for me before the day was done.

Pendraken probably get the majority of my hobby spend, if I think about it.

I'm definitely a very happy and very grateful customer
