Yes they are mine, and if they were eligible they would be a real runner. Kev is doing an amazing job on them!

I agree, absolutely stunning flag. Will be trying one for my next regiment of Virginia Contenentials (a good way to show their experience)

Matt, what reference do you have for gold stars and 12 stripes? Would love to include at least one of those in my force to catch out the button counters    ;)

Continental Congress resolved in 1777, "That the flag of the thirteen United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation." Nothing on how to lay the stars out and I have come across many variations while trying to sort out flags for my AWI

Still trying to decide if I will include a Guilford flag  :-\

Did a double take on those Continentals, thought at first they were 15's. The grey lining on the white must have taken an age. Lovely stuff, sirrah.

completely made up mate  :)

looked at some pics on the net and made up something that was doable at this scale. I'm also pretty sure the hat braid shouldn't be there either!

Thankyou! Not grey lined though. White undercoat, watered down grey paint wash then 3 highlights, light grey, lighter grey then white. I use watered down paint on the highlights so they blend a bit better.
