I currently have a Warmaster Empire army (based on GW figures) and am thinking of adding a couple
of units of two handed swordsmen (Electoral Guards) based on the above.  Does anyone know whether
the Landsknechts range will fit with Empire figures ?

Many thanks,

Phil

I was looking at these ( well the blank picture) last night thinking the same
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Pendraken fit quite well with the Warmaster infantry, and the Pendraken 2-handed swordsman is a really good figure. Warmaster cavalry are a lot bulkier than Pendraken.

Cheers DP I think I will be mixing a lot of things together for my army so will probably use the late medieval knights ..Unless a friend of mine sells me his warmaster stuff then it will be all Pendraken anyway

Can recommend the Late medieval knjghts on UNbarded horses. They are cracking figures,

All the 'halberdiers' in my Warmaster Empire army are Pendraken Landsknecht pikemen. Look fine to me and saved me a mint.

Thanks chaps.   I've been trying to find some 10mm two-handed swordsmen for a while so the quest may have reached its end !
I'll order a pack of the Landsknechts to stand in as the Elector of Ostland's Greatswords.

Cheers,

Phil
