is there a suitable figure in the Pendraken range to represent Cuirassiers during the WSS wearing a tricorne

I do not think there are many curiassiers other than Austrian and Bavarian during the war. Danes may have worn them and some of the minor German States.
In the absence of a tricorne figure, I simply paint one, particularly if it was blackend or leather.

Once the Mongols are out of the way Leon has PROMISED the release of Clib's new LOA Cuirassiers in Tricon wait to then

Note that the LoA Cuirassiers in hats will be in broad brimmed hats rather than tricorns.

Don't think that would matter too much Clib
as I think the tricorne was at a transitional stage.

Most heavy cavalry in the WSS wore their cuirasses under their long coats. So you can get away with the standard trooper a lot of the time. Austrians and Bavarians are catered for in the Pendraken range.
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.
