Great start - and I'll add my voice for the standard bearer pack, far better poses than any of the inherent command figures, I use them copiously 

as you can see on my French and British stuff. . .

Agree. My Prussian troops use the bare pole figures and paper flags, although my regular opponent has done a very good job with the cast flags.
