Welcome back Nik - (voices off - who was that masked man?).
The artist formerly known as Dour Puritan!

nikharwood

Thanks all - much appreciated  :)

Anyway - this is me, grabbing my lunch break (better late than never!)

I am so far behind, I am never going to catch up  :(

Stupid countryside - lovely to live in, but a nightmare in the 21st century for those of us who like communicating beyond the hedgeline  :D

Techno

Great to see you back again though, Nik.  :)
I don't you WILL ever catch up now, Matey.

Cheers - Phil

Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

If he keeps using the chainsaw, the value of his work will soon go up.

May I summarise the last few months?

  • There are more Centurions - AVRE and Bridgelayer on the way  :D
  • There's a new chap on the forum called Westmarcher - and he's frankly a bit odd  :-$
  • The LoA Dragoon combing horse tail has been delayed
  • I entered the painting competition and was robbed because the judges were prejudiced in favour of people with more talent  :-<
  • Pendraken have got a rule set called Warband. It's not my thing, but it's got the Hobbit botherers excited.
  • Techno has a new alter-ego of Matron
  • I bought some Russian T35s from a company that wasn't Pendraken. I have apologised.  :-[
  • Still no Aztecs

I think that's all the important things that have happened recently.

(I typed this slowly so you would be able to get it.)

Dont forget that Gareth admitted he worked for GW

And that he still loved their products and their reasonable pricing policy

That second sentence might be a bit lot of a lie

If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

I'm still here...sort of...working from home today & the internet-via-sharing-dodgy-mobile-phone-signal gods are smiling on me - have got enough speed to (almost) be able to function 'normally'  :)

Good to see normal service is continuing properly (you mad beggars, you)  ;) ;D
