How long is the average shipping time across the atlantic?

Are you asking how long does it take from the time you place your order to receipt or from the it ships until it lands in your mail box?

I've ordered numerous times and it usually takes 2-4 weeks from time of order to receipt. I've noticed that when they have a heavy show travel schedule it takes 4 weeks but if the schedule is light then it takes about 2 weeks.

From the time I get the "your order has shipped" notification it usually takes a week to get from the UK to Texas.

As shecky says, it should be somewhere around 5-7 days to get over to the States from when we post it.  We have had a couple recently though which have been held up at US Customs for up to a fortnight, which is a bit of a pain.

Well, that cant really be helped, but I wonder why they are held up.

No idea, it seems to be completely random.  They usually just open them up to make sure there's nothing iffy and then send them on.  Very occasionally they send them back, or get in touch for more info on the contents.

It's been 3 weeks, so it should have arrived some time ago now.  You could try contacting your local office to see if they've got anything there for you, but other than that there's not a lot of options for locating it.  If you can give it a few more days, and then pop me an email through, and we'll have to start recasting the order.

I would imagine a heavy packet with a weird X-Ray causes some puzzlement at any customs.

It is finally here!  They are quite cool little things, although my mom says she can barely see them.

Excellent news, good to hear it's got there safely.  I've got another US order currently AWOL as well, so hopefully that one turns up soon.
