WWI Austro-Hungarian Bosnians

Just been looking at the photos section and came across the Sudan Egyptian infantry and thought: with the right paint job there could well be Bosnians for my early war Austrian army. Anyone any thoughts on that. I know the Bosnians were heavily involved in Przemysl - think that's how it's spelt.

Illustrations of 1914 show the Bosnians wearing the standard Common Army field tunic with natural leather webbing, a fez and trousers that were cut very full to below the knee and then tight from knee to ankle, like very high plus-fours. I haven't see the Egyptian figures, but I would guess that if there's any difference that's where it will be.
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.
