Good finds again D.

Am I looking at 'volume 20' correctly ?
Has the rider got a hawk on his wrist ?
Is it holding a snake in its beak ?

Some type of raptor. The blue streamer or scarf is held with one hand by the genie on the right.
It forms part of the shape around the halo of the rider.
The genie on the left is holding the streamer or scarf with both hands, where it changes to yellow.
