Sorry for those I have bored with this one on TMP, but I don't really want to spend £14 buying the Hall and Kuhn CD to paint £19 of figs.

I have a few flags from warflag -

I have also found these
http://flagspot.net/flags/de-pr%5E.html#inf
but think these may be too late for WSS (apart from the Fred 2 cypher in the corners, which is easy to cover).

Anyone help, please?  Is it just a matter of recolouring the Warflag ones - to what?  Can I use the ones with the darts in from the corners (a style I really like)?

I note Prussia is noticable from it's absence from Pendrakens flags.

I also have a few cuff colours (gleaned from Baccus). Any one know any more?
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Hussar,
flags you found on warflag, are generally OK, with excepcion of fusilier leibgarde, which is wrong.
Flags form flagspot are much later, and cannot be used in WSS.

You won't find a variety of cuffs in Prusian regiments. They were red, blue or white (in guards). Only Markgraf Philipp has orange cuffs.
I strongly recommend you to use pics of my figs as painting guide.
Choose an unit or two, paint them and let me know. I'll try to help you with flags.

Cheers.

What I've done is take the warflags ones and recoloured the fields of the regimental ones.  As I am doing no particular battle/OOB I think I may just add a different coloured one to each unit, with an appropriate design of LeibFahne.  Every one in red cuffs, except for Leibgarde: I am really hating the plain blue look - I think it's because the blue is so dark.

I like my units to have flags - I feel it adds movement to them, plus an extra splash of colour.

Polemos do a Prussian CD. Well worth the money and includes flags which can be moved into photshop and resized.
