PNFL71 Prussian Flags

Hi all, have two questions regarding flag set PNFL71, I  bought it recently.

1.Can somebody please tell, wich regiments is included in this set ?

2. Most flags are black and white, but some of the banners are red, blue and green. I thought, but could well be wrong, that all Prussian infantry flags during this period where white with a black Maltese cross ?

I don't have the set in question, but the first twelve regiments (the grenadier regiments)in the Prussian army, had flags which dated back to earlier periods. The first two Guard Grenadier Regiments also had old pattern flags. So these examples probably reflect that.

That one should come with a regiment listing in the pack as well, I'll dig out the lists and post them when I get in from work.

Hi Flodin,

I hope you have an OOB for 1848, as a number of the regiments covered do not come into existence until 1860. 3rd and 4th Foot Guards and Guard Grenadier Regiments Elizabeth and Augusta for instance.  But most of these flags should serve you well.

Yes i have fairly detailed OOB for the Prussian units during the war, currently I'm just going to do three Landwehr battalions and two line battalions or guard battalions.
