What a grotesque vehicle that thing was!
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Excellent, I like it!

The worst thing about that vehicle is casting it!  The undercuts and detailing rip the mould to shreds and we only get half a dozen from each mould.   :(

It's an immutable law of wargaming that the nicest models are of the most useless prototypes. Hope this one justifies the obvious skill and effort that's gone into producing it.  ;)
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

Paint it Pink

It is lovely, but please do yourself the favour of replacing the painted on crosses with decals, as that paint job deserves the best to finish it off nicely.
Unlike some people, I feel under no obligation to pretend that only one war-gaming scale is true, and that any others 6mm/10mm/15mm/25mm are mistaken; or that I know better than people themselves what is right for them to use. The point is precisely for all war-gamers to decide for themselves.

Thank you all for your compliments. Luckily Germans produced only 20 A7V so my German army needs only one...but my french army need many FT-17 ;D

You' re right but I didn' t find adaptable decals...in effect I have no idea where to find some 1/200 A7V decals :-\

Maybe cutting and adapting some decals from an aircraft kit.

Thank you Leon :) I didn' t notice your decals page yet :-[

However this A7V needs Balkan crosses, used in the late war. And they are thicker than the normal Balkan crosses for the aircrafts.
So I had had to handpaint them...

However I' ll use your decals page for another project ;)

Ah right, that's a shame, cos I've got the Balkan cross ones here: http://www.minibits.net/GR-104-p685/, but they are thinner style crosses than you need.
