Duke Speedy of Leighton

Eight bases of Loa cavalry leash highlights, metal work, black wash on that, then leatherwork done tonight.
Wood and metal highlights tomorrow, then facings and buttons.

Last night was detail work, my word it was a lot of work for not much obvious progress, but looking again in daylight, wow.   @-) I blame the sculptor! ;D

Nothing painted since I completed the US WW2 in 28mm but loads of assembly and undercoating of various things ahead of painting including US Jeeps, an M8 an M20, a StUG III, a platoon of FJR and a half platoon of British infantry, four more CoC jump off points added to the mix.

Next up a British Airborne Platoon including all the support options in 28mm.

After that it will be support and command options for the FJR and British Infantry platoon, a couple more Kraut tanks, and a few artillery pieces also for the Krauts.

Trying to get as much assembled and undercoated before the perpetual rain sets in for the next six months!

A lot of this effort is being stimulated by my son suddenly taking an interest in wargaming at the age of 18. We have our first proper wargame this Friday with beer and pizza :)
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

1/1200?

Have you upscaled them or have I missed a range on their website?

There are 100 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data

What rules are you planning for the galleys?
