It depends what you are looking for. Henderson wrote this book as a serious contribution to the military art of his time, as a study with continued relevance to contemporary warfare. It is therefore a very detailed description and analysis of actions, decisions, tactics and weapons. In detail it is unrivalled, but I don't think it would get into the Bumper Book of Ripping Yarns!
