Intersting approach in some companies really. You totally feel part of the game when a total ORC packs your order (2 additional colours I have never ordered or needed, parts of my order missing...etc.) but why do I open sucha  thread?

Well, I ordered some accessories saturday night and paid directly. The company in question acknowledged and within 10 minutes I hastily added another item via email and the company invoiced me via paypal and I paid on sunday.

The order was dispatched monday and today it already arrived. Five star service yet again from a very well know company. Some new guys may wonder where sucha  high level of comittment can be found and I am happy to share this with you. The company is naamed:

PENDRAKEN!

And Dave of course ;). But really the customer service is excellent, couldn't ask for better!

OK guys, if the service is so great, why is it that the order for 3.50p as a special mix from five different codes which I placed an hour ago hasn't arrived in Ulan Batoor yet?  I think we should be told!   :D

Because it is Bator, not Batoor ;). It is now lost in some Royal Mail depot never to see the light of day again.

Leon, beam it down....

Pendraken may not always have the faster delivery with their backlog but at least you always know where you are with them.

Unlike 'Gifts for Geeks' who are showing stuff as in stock on the website and then after chasing them about what's happened to your order it turns out they were never in stock at all! In fact the guy I spoke to said they just put everything down as in stock whether it was or not.

Good retailers like Pendraken show these fraudsters how things should be done.

The Pendraken flux capacitor is obviously broken and needs replacing.

I think the difference is that with pendraken if there is an unforseen issue they let you know long before you really start to wonder where the oder is, therefore i always feel in the loop, there are no long silences.  I have never had a problem ordering either in person at a show for it to be posted later nor in ordering online to be posted or collected at a show.

but there does seem to be a focus on customer service and relations, both leon and dave know there stuff and are both friendly and interested at shows unlike some other companies who attend shows to talk about last nights game with their pals, they have an interest in what you are doing and what would be handy but not at the expense of the next guy.

I always thought flux was the stuff that held solder together. I can see that a failure could be a problem in a metal-working business  ;)
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

Sorry Herts, but Flux is what makes the solder flow, doesnt hold it together.

The problem is obviously with the Dilithium Crystals.
