Pulp characters - suggestions?

I'm planning a 'pulp' campaign set in the mid to late 30s, possibly 40s, and I need suitable miniatures for characters and scientists. I've spotted a couple of likely candidates in the SCW and VBCW ranges for characters, but could use more.

Any suggestions guys? There must be loads of potential figs I've overlooked.

Cheers,

Kev

Thanks guys, I've seen all the threads and pics before somewher ;) I was kind of hoping for some suggestion for figure codes really. For example I can't see pics of the figures Maenoferron used for 'innocent bystanders' on the Pendraken site .... What code are they?

Looks like I've already identified all the miniatures you guys have used for characters, the 'heroes' as it were, so if there are no more suggestions I guess it's back to conversions or (dare I say it) looking else where.

Cheers,

Kev

These are the Civilians from the Sudan range, SC13.  There's a few other civilian types knocking around, plus loads of personality types in the SCW range, and also the new AVBCW figures.
