It's funny how you used the number '6' for 6 year old,
And the word 'three' for three year old.  :P

But anyways, very nice!

yeah it was deliberate honest  :-[ thanks for the kind comment

next bit will be the Temple in the mountain - well thats the plan - sort of... huge bronze door flanked by Gods against a cliff face.
I think I might be getting carried away :-[ :-[

well I ended up with this, should I leave it as a stand alone piece or butt it against a cliff face, what do people think?  :-\

Very nice...I think you should bung it against a cliff - but bung a door in between the statues  :)

Egyptian tombs often include false doorways. I think it's to confuse evil spirits. Who knows, this may mean fewer rolls of 1 at critical moments.

I'd go against a cliff, valley of the kings style...

Thanks guys, the orginal idea was a cliff face one, but then when it was built I dithered... a cliff it shall be.
It was going to have a doorway Nick, but some Nacker aka me forgot  :-[ :-[ :-[
I will add one with card or something :D

You could go for a floor level entrance, steps down into the ground, that would keep the wall intact then!

How about a nice impressive bronze door with knobs and raised panels? You can build it up with plasticard. And don't forget the architrave and lintel.  :)

cheers guys.... i might just do the steps down, rather than a door in the wall... a couple of pieces of thin block for the edges and a sandy depression to show something is there. Next piece planned is to have a huge bronze door with a scarab, hieroglyphs etc... just got to decide how to do it, got all the bits and pieces... might do it as a temple.... decisions, decisions.... :-\

it is getting there:

it has an opening at the base of the feet that you cant see from this photo. just needs to be covered in sand now and the bae sof the female painted again to hide the spalsh of filler.

it was only when I was three rows up that i realised somebody had knicked one of the base blocks therefore the base is no longer  a square

Well, if you will use non-union labour.....   :D
