Mine too! Well excited this year- me and my mates are going down Friday for a change and staying in the custom house hotel next door to Excel! I feel beer, grub and card/board games in the bar will be the order of the day!

Love that idea! For the post midnight/seventh beer game might I recommend Carcassonne - classic and even more classic as the night goes on!

I hope you all have a great day. I imagine with some iffy weather forecast it will be a busy weekend for all concerned. A quick check of the website shows that there are some very interesting early WWII games on show, which IMHO is great to see.

All set up, off for some food now. We're in a different spot to last year, straight ahead through the entrance, behind the seating area.

I popped along to the table on Saturday, nice to put some faces to the staff up at pendraken, purchasing some 50x30 mm bases, and a BCK pack, though I felt like a kid in a candy store, and will be saving hard for the next show, providing I dont spend it all on Mail order stuff.

I very was suprised at how many people there were waiting to get into the show, I got thier 10:30'ish and the queue for tickets was amazingly long.

Ooh I might have had a chat with you- I was wearing a Wild Stalyns t shirt, and if it was you, you commented on it, then maybe it distracted you coz you overcharged me when I bought a few Vietnam peices!  ;D

It was also my first order of the day, after a stupidly early start and first time I used the new price list, and I'm only a helper!  :'(
Sorry Seratonin! I looked at the 15mm not 10mm stuff, you were the only mistake I made all day too! We did recitify the mistake (I hope)  ;D

The really worst bit is I'm a maths teacher full time!  ;D
The hardest bit of the day was dealing with the three sequebntial orders of over £70, in French, when they didn't speak English!
