2nd Afghan War

Seasons Greetings one and all,

Has anyone got any pictures of the regular army Afghan figures? I have no idea what they look like. Tried the web and can't find a decent book.                                                                               

Just starting out with an army pack of tribesmen I bought perhaps 3 years ago as an impulse at one of the shows. They are really good figures just been waiting for a window of opportunity and a rule system I like, The Gatlings Jammed.

I`ve got  an afghan army and they are nice figures.

I haven`t got any photo`s but I can tell you what you want to know.

I bought the infantry in the lamb skin cap (which is a bloody big furry hat) who are advancing with fixed bayonet.

I bought some of the infantry with the pagri/turban who are running/advancing with fixed bayonet which is a much nicer figure than the lamby hat ones.

The cavalry have the turkomen hat on which is nice so the infantry with that hat should be too.

The artillerymen look like trumpton firemen but with a bit of a mane on top ( I can remember trumpton, jesus).

                                                                                                                                                                                       I remember Trumpton, as such I might stick with the very nice tribal Afghan artillery.
