Could you please tell me whether PNTX7, PNTX8 and PNSG7 are to decorate figure bases or not please (i.e. dip base and let excess fall away)?

Seems like a strange thing to ask but I just went into a GW store and bought three containers of what I thought was base finishing grass flux, but got home only to find its not the right stuff at all.... no idea what the stuff I bought is; looks like diorama base board finish or something  :(

The TX codes are the textures, which are used for coating the bases.  I've used TX1 on the tree bases in the pics here: http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=2831.0

The grasses, SG codes, are just regular static grass, but they're all either 1-2mm or 3-4mm, for a better look with the 10mm figures.  Nik's got some great tips for applying it, involving superglue, sprinkling, and then holding the base near your TV screen!  8)

Ah, thanks leon, I understand now... cheers for that.

Will put in an order for a few tubs of the stuff soon, along with the Lizardy creatures I want to take a look at.

Cheers for now,

Nah - I like drugs which are legal. And don't make me eat random things in a paranoid way while talking utter bollock$ about my own importance in the cosmos. For hours.  ;D
