For an officer you are looking at SCW90 - Carlist Officer, firing pistol, leather jacket, boots



The beret has ribbons but they can be trimmed off, for others in this range look at http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Inter-War-c18/SCW-Carlist-Requetes-Banderas-de-Navarra-sc213/, otherwise somebody  with more knowledge of British Airborne might be able to point you at other figures. Be aware that the Romanian cavalry has a strange curved rifle that might lead to disappointment  . Obviously designed to shoot around corners.
