Well those are all of the Ancient ranges that currently need a mounted command figure but some extra minis to finish up the ranges

For Sassanid Perssians use the Dacian General
For Gaullic cavalry man with spear and sheild use Dacian light Cavalry
This is just my view, also have a look at the Arabs you may find something usefull there.
