I have to say that the turn around on a Pendraken mail order and the general service is - as they say in the US Marines ....Outstanding .

If an order has something wrong, it is put right asap.  If one is told that an item  will be posted by Monday....it happens.

Seriously, is there a wargamers award we can nominate you guys for ?
