Somebody is going to tell me this has already been answered but here we go.
Regarding assets, I understand from other Q&A's the "Munitions: HE, SMOKE" etc and the costs in the Assets table but where I'm a little confused is where an artillery unit (in this case the SP-Rocket Launcher M270 from the Bundeswehr list) has ICM and PGM listed but the table has a - against those which I take to mean it's not available?
Thanks in advance.

Dunno about the rules but in real life the M270 MLRS has only ICM in West German service, and it only appeared in service just after the end of the Cold War in 1991.
From 1994 it received the AT-2 ADAMS (the anti-tank mine cluster munition).
From 2012 it received HE rockets, with the last ICM destroyed by 2017.
In theory it could fire the US ATACMS PGM but as far as is known it never happened.

If an Artillery, Mortar or Air unit is listed with a specific type of ammunition in the main list, the ability to buy that ammunition type should be shown in the assets table, along with the number of rounds of fire available and the cost (per round). If there is a - shown in such a circumstance it is probably an error. There should be a number shown and a points cost. I'll take a look and check. With the Bunesweher list for now I'd just use the points cost and availability for the on-line US list until we publish an errata.
