There was actually some combat between England and the Mughal Empire in the late 17th century. Thus yesterday's battle, John Company's attack on Poonamabad, 1688. Indian victory, but with the army too battered to follow up and thump the palefaces.

Lee slipped up a few times, not realising the limitations of matchlockmen without bayonettes, or how deadly her artillery was against elephants. Unfortunately, I think she'll remember next time.
