EOE Orbis UK - Black Tree Design

I was wondering if anybody else was experiencing communication issues and delivery delays when ordering from EOE Orbis UK who sell the Black Tree Design range in the UK?

I have not ordered from EOE Orbis/BTD for a while but needed some of their very nice 28mm HYW figures to complete an army and placed an order with them on the 27th October.
Despite an immediate 'confirmation of order received' email I've not received the order yet (as of today 11th December) or had a confirmation of dispatch or replies to my chaser emails. All a bit worrying 

Whilst it is probable that all is well (he said fingers-crossed) I was just wondering if I was alone with this issue? I've had similar issues of late with a few other smaller range 28mm manufacturers/suppliers. Is this becoming a worrying trend or have we just gotten used to such excellent service from the likes of Pendraken etc.?

BUGGER! Just looked on the Lead Adventurers Forum and on TMP and there are thread after thread, after thread going on about EOE Orbis UK's appalling delivery record and tendency to keep customers money and not communicate.
So, sadly, I'll be onto PayPal to try and get a refund by the looks of things.

What a shame, as the Black Tree Design and old Harlequin fantasy ranges are really great figures and the rest of their back catalogue is pretty spectacular as well.

Many thanks Corso - I tried that, but it just rings & rings, it seems to used to go to an overloaded answer-machine, but that has clearly been turned off now!

I might just wait for a while (well I'll wait just under the 180 days that Paypal gives you to raise a dispute) as some people are getting their orders, whilst other are not, but are getting a refund (eventually). All very erratic and highly unprofessional.
If you are in the USA you'll get a great service apparently, but as the UK gets its stock from the US and the UK 'arm' of EOE is apparently run very much on a 'cottage-industry' basis (by the looks of things) I wont be holding my breath for the order to arrive anytime soon, unfortunately.
