20mm Sikh Tank Commanders

I am currently painting up a 20mm Platoon of Sikhs for Fourteenth Army.
While I could leave all tank hatches closed, I like having commanders in the turret hatch.the problem i am having is finding them. Even looking on 3d printing sites they seem to be absent.

Does the hive mind know where they can be obtained

You could try surgery on infantrymen or gunners.

That is my last resort, but I wanted them to have the headset over the turban,( I am not doing that as a conversion)

I'll do it for you...probably take me longer to mix the putty, than do the actual conversion.
