Anyone had a go at digital camouflage?

Not for current projects, but has anyone had a go at painting modern digital camouflage in 10mm?

Any tips?

Impresionism. I used to do DPM in 6mm - now paint a base green and dry brush with a red brown. You are going to get oversized digital cammo if you try to do it as small rectangles.

Carving an intricate model in an a matchstick is doable - does not mean you have to do it.

... I wondered if you could do it by dabbing paint on with something about the cross-section of a matchstick.

The rest, I wondered about spattering.

I may have to give it a go.    For experimental purposes you understand. Just need Pendraken to produce a Challenger 3.

When I airbrushed my WW2 Polish vehicles with 3 colour camo, I laminated a strip of paper , cut various small random shapes in it and then sprayed it through the tiny gap.

I wonder of you could do some thing similar. Effectively making your own stencisl

Or use a make up sponge trimmed to the desired shape and size.
