What size bases are you going for on these tests? In my play testing I found anything smaller than 15mm was quite a pain to move about, and even then I probably ended up moving by figure more than I'd like. Though I'll grant you I don't have the most nimble of hands. At 6mm could be even more difficult, I'd be more inclined to go with a couple of figures on a slightly larger base in that instance...

Corso

15mm for single and 20mm for doubles

The line troops will be 4 on a single 20mm square base with 4 singles on 10mm squares each, all in a magnetic tray

So dead can be removed

I'll post up once I've put them together

Fair enough, that was around what I settled on too. Wasn't sure if you were going smaller again for the 6mm or not. Looking forward to seeing it all come together

Here is the first completed unit of 6 5/60th Riflemen

In a skirmish Base for easy movement of the unit

Alternatively I can just use the separately for moving through rough terrain woods etc.

For the line troops I've knocked up these, I'll need a few more so will probably ask warbases if they have anything suitable

If those are 2mm MDF bases our hosts are very happy to create custom bases. An email to Leon will get you a quote pretty quickly.

The British are coming along well

Need to give the French some attention, then it's terrain, cavalry and I'm done

Thanks really enjoying 6mm, part of me wishes Pendraken ran that scale too.

I've been giving the tiny men a bit of a rest and focusing on terrain

Hills, Sight blocking rocks, difficult/broken ground, baracades etc

I painted a whole bunch of 6mm Napoleonics for a variety of good friends.

They use DBN which advises on 1 inch frontages and a variety of depths ranging from half an inch to one inch for differing troops types.
