And Three and two halves after dawn. Rather says it all. BUT... just had sleep dream... do not get much. Caring for an Old bloke... veteran of something. Curious about... what? But getting 'THAT LOOK'.
Was brought up on War... although Ma / Grandma against. Victor Comic, then Commando books. War Films... though often pacifist in 60s / early 70s.
1982... walked past recruiting offices during Falklands... NO point.
Later... lost interest.
Now... realise the absolute Horror, Deprivation, Suffering, Fear... of those who were there... whenever.
War is Endemic... and often needed.
But... Christ.
