What rules changes in CWC2?

I'm not asking for list of every rule single change or the minutia of the detail but could you please confirm in overview what's new/added or what's been changed in the rule mechanisms. How is it improved over CWC 1?

That is actually quite a big ask Nick.

That is because the move from CWCI to CWCII is an evolution not a revolution.
Some things are simple errata tweaks or corrections, or are adaptations of existing mechanisms (which is hard to actually separate out) and then there are whole new sections (which are easier to identify).

A lot of the changes are formatting, lay-out,  and the addition of tables to make it easier to find the information.

But once we are published, or at final draft, I will have a go at it.
