Army builder request

When designing the new Army Builder I have 4 thoughts:
1. Make it possible to build with any point/unit combination.
2. Make it possible to combine units from different nationalities/eras.
3. Put an option to put in the scale you're playing like 2mm, 6-10mm (default), 15mm, and 28mm. This way the firing ranges change automatically based on the scale you're playing.
4. Put an option for night/fog battle so that fire ranges change appropriately.

I'm sure there are other options.
