Some months ago, I bought some packs of AWI artillery, and put all the crew to the one bag.
Now I dont know which figures belong to which pack.

Could you help me to identify my artillerymen ?

First, there is pack of crewmen in caps, as shown on the image attached.

The picture on the site does not depict the bag, I ordered these and got the ones you show on your pic. Luckily I wanted the ones in caps :)

Thanks, Dazza. I suspected the same.

Yes Leon, please note that even the description is wrong, because it reads "Artillery crews in hat ".
I got it only because I ordered all artillery packs.
Happilly, we will try to help you with this matter.

Picture attached to this post shows all artillerymen in AWI range.
Please try to help me to identify packs they belong to.

Design wise the top row were intended as British and the bottom row as American (8th figure not pictured?). I think what happened though was that the top row got split and packaged as ; AWB36 and AWB18.
From the lists I can't work out in which packs the bottom row figures are in. There's also a set of Brtitish artillery in roundabouts and caps, not sure where they are in the lists.

Maybe the management can clarify?

Actually something might be amiss. AWB36 on the site is artillery in hats with a photo of crew in hats. In the catalogue it says artillery in caps, which I think is the right description? So AWB36 would be the men in roundabouts and caps.

My suspicion is that the top row of the photo are the "generic" figures that are packed with all the guns.
AWB36 is the men in roundabouts and caps (the figures in the photo in the first post)
AWA18 is the bottom row of the photo, Americans in gaitered trousers. (despite the photo on the site?)

Management can confirm or deny?

Judging from Andymac's photos of early packs and all info you provided,

four packs of British artillery, namely AWB29, AWB30, AWB31, AWB32 could be composed of figures A, E, G, H

and four American: AWA12, AWA13, AWA14, AWA15 contain figures B, C, D, F

The only remaining artillery pack is AWA18, and it could be composed of seven figures shown in bottom row of the picture.

Leon, could you confirm or deny this ?

Leon

Confirm or deny?!  Sounds like something a barrister would say...  ;) :D

Right then, the American artillery come with the crew labelled B, C, D, F.
The British artillery come with the crew labelled A, E, G, H.

The extra American crews are those on the bottom row of the second pic, labelled J, K, L, M, N, O, P. (there is also a second ramrod pose)
The extra British crews are those in the first pic.

The pic on the website of the extra British crews is wrong, so I'll make a note to take that down.  The description should also read 'in cap', which I've just changed.
