The Arsenal?

(I quite like "The 1:1 Scale Terrain Item" but I can see that probably wouldn't work.)

How about The Toy Soldier Factory?  I know the phrase Toy may not be to everyone's taste but at least in indicates that you are not taking yourself too seriously.  Alternatively,The Model Soldier Factory is always possible if you prefer.
I'll bring up the rest of the brigade.

Are these some easily pronounceable and spelt words - as they're learnt early by English speaking children - and shouldn't suffer from regional accents over the telephone? They're also 'neutral' so shouldn't be an issue due to people's beliefs or prejudices. Then there's the issue of what would be easily known words to people who don't speak English as a first language.

Summer
Winter
Sun
Moon
New
Old

Obviously there are many more.

Quite a few words when spoken can lead to a variety of spellings or meanings... Or, even, becoming garbled due to vocal accents.

Tees -> Tease
Land -> Lund
Redcar -> Red-ka
...etc., etc.

I've obviously been thinking too much on the subject  ;D

Rimmer: "Aliens."

Lister: "Oh God, aliens... Your explanation for anything slightly peculiar is aliens, isn't it?

Rimmer: "Well, we didn't use it all, Lister. Who did?"

Lister: "Rimmer, aliens used our bog roll?"
