I would like a pack of franco-prussian war French and German personalities (Napoleon III, Wilhelm, Moltke, Mac-Mahon, Bazaine, etc...and engineers, and French for the war of 1859.

Oh yes, it's a very good idea  ;)

Sounds good, I've add those to the list.

While we are talking FPW, some firing line (including kneeling and prone) would be nice.

I think I've got these on the list already, but I'll pop another vote next to them!

Greetings

You can add another vote to the FPW firing/skirmish line - anything capable of acting as the skirmishers of the French and German line battalions - French Imperial and Prussian line being the priorities.

Another vote for FPW personalities.  I have so many generals it would be nice to have someone I can recognise occasionally! We also have the advantage of photos or very good engravings for most of them.

As a postscript to my last on FPW personalities, perhaps you could look at the idea of producing personality packs for both sides which contained aides, guards etc from the other sets, as well as the personality figures.  A general ain't no use without someone to hold his champagne glass and wave his flag for him! Just a  thought.

I know it is another company but Wargame South used to do a range of 10mm FPW. Their command pack had generals in chapeaux, ADC's and a Napoleon III. They fitted in well with Dave's FPW range.

I do not remember them doing one for the Confederation however, so if Dave can do a pack of sullen South German Princes at Sedan while Bismarck hands round the cigars to Moltke and the King then I for one will buy a pack!

It is one thing the 10mm scale can show well - command base vignettes without them taking up half the table yet being recognisable

More poses, more personalities!  Just about to get started.  Am planning big!
Sadly we lost Bruce on June 28, 2011. RIP.

About 18 months ago Dave did some French Imperial Guard in Bearskins for my 1859 army

The figures are the same as the FPW French
