1. Scenario inspiration
Naval & Military press are selling "The Victoria Crosses that Saved an Empire" the story of the VC's of the Indian Mutiny for £5.99 (plus p&p): should be a good few scenarios in there.

2. Rules
I can remember frustration with rules when playing the IM about 30 years ago in 25mm and was worrying about rules for the new 10mm range (any thoughts from any rules experts would be appreciated) but have just received a copy of "Mad Dogs & Englishmen" by Jon Sutherland, general colonial period rules but looking very much to be aimed at the Indian Mutiny.   On an initial read through they look very interesting, pleasantly brief and beautifully illustrated.

All we need now is some "Jildi, jildi" on the figures and we can get going!

On the rules front;  dont make the mutineers too weak, their discipline and artillery often matched or exceeded Imperial forces. It was the higher command that did for them.
